Rick has built an exceptional knowledge of computers and the Internet since becoming Citizen composition manager in 1995. With his background and tech skills and website design, he will make sure that iCitizen client websites are great looking and set-up technically correct. In addition, he is adept at AnyTime NewsTM and other web creation software. In most cases, Rick will be the person who trains ATN clients on how to best administer their own websites.

Terry has been a design professional for the Citizen Publishing Company for 20 years. In 1997, she designed and launched the Citizen Online . . . the first newspaper in Southwest Minnesota to have a website. Since then, she has channeled her energies into learning software programs, including the exciting new AnyTime NewsTM software so that she could design attractive and functional websites for businesses of all sizes. 

Kim, publisher of the print version of the Citizen, has been in the business for more than 30 years. During that time, the Citizen print products have won many awards for excellence. Kim's insistence on quality carries over to iCitizen . . . the new Internet division of Citizen Publishing.
